This is my 13th year as a member of a CSA (Community-Supported Agriculture) farm in Massachusetts. I plan on describing my CSA share for the week, and then give ideas, recipes, and hopefully some inspiration for what to do with it all. I pick up my share on Tuesdays, and will therefore start my weekly description on or near that day. People that are new to CSAs will find this information helpful in storing and using their veggies, thereby avoiding any dreaded veggie-spoilage. I would love it if you will comment and tell me what YOU are doing with your veggies this week. (During the off-season months of November through May, I plan on posting about my veggie thoughts and recipes, and would love your comments.)
