CSA Share, Week Three, Day Two

It is so very nice to have a big bowl of salad greens all washed and dried and in the fridge.  We can certainly easily eat it up in a few days that way.  My boys are really getting used to having a little salad every day.  So, today was salads for us all.  I realize, though, that I forgot to slice up a bunch of the radishes to add to it.  Gotta remember to do that next week.

I used one of the zucchinis in a new pasta salad recipe I found online, which turned out to be very good and one I would definitely make again.  I used the Creamy Vinaigrette dressing linked to this recipe, instead of the Creamy Buttermilk Dressing recipe.
