CSA Share, Week Four, Day Two

Today I enjoyed the fruits of my labor of yesterday:  leftover arugula pesto pasta for lunch.  I also had another fruit smoothie with added swiss chard.  For a snack, I cut up the last of my kohlrabi into sticks and ate them raw.  For dinner, I made mashed turnips, using up the last of the turnips from a couple of weeks ago (see my previous post), and we all had green salads.

Don’t forget to add your mint leaves to your water during these hot summer days!
