Kale Recipe Update

If you’ve made the Bitter Greens with Sweet Onions and Tart Cheese from yesterday’s post and you have leftovers, a fantastic way to use them up is atop a Tortilla Pizza (see my post from last year).   Tonight I topped a whole-wheat tortilla with my kale dish leftovers, some tomatoes, and a little mozzarella cheese…and that was it.  No sauce, no spices, no nothin’.  Just bake it in a 425 oven for about 10 minutes and you’re done.
